We had 28 survivors with a guest who came to our "Birthday Party." Thanks to Salem Square Bakery for the beautiful cake and to Mrs. Fern at Salem Florist for the balloons.
Thanks to our local media, KSAR, Areawide Media and Salem Cablevision for keeping our message out there and Cindy Bragg who MC'd for us this year. Thanks to Ron Plumlee for setting up and providing a stage and sound system for us and for his friends who shared their time and talent, along with all the others who entertained us; the three men who shared their locks for love; Salem High School for the use of the football field; very special thanks to our committee members; team leaders; and Barb Cons who came to all our meetings and helped pull it all together.
