A Calico Rock man was arrested Saturday with charges pending relating to the theft of guns from multiple residences. Lewie Elmer Branscum, age 24, is accused of stealing guns and pawning them at area pawn shops. At the time of his arrest, Branscum tested positive for amphetamines and meth. Branscum is also on a hold from the Department of Correction and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.
