Jonathan Lee Hall, 26, and Sharla Kay French Hall, 26, both of Viola are charged with 16 counts of 2nd degree forgery. They were arrested Sept. 10. According to the affidavits, the Halls took checks from Fred D. and Bettie J. Linthicum, of Glencoe, without their consent on July 1 and forged Bettie Linthicum's name on them.
