The Horseshoe Bend Police Department kept busy during the holidays. On Dec. 26 the department was called out to a home in Horseshoe Bend where a theft was reported. The owner of the residence, James Heikes, told officers that someone had stopped at his residence and stolen two guns from his truck that was parked in front of his home.
