The Fulton County Sheriff's Department needs more money, Sheriff Walter Dillinger said at the Fulton County Quorum Court meeting May 14. Dillinger addressed the court asking for an appropriation for more employees. Dillinger said he wanted to hire two part-time employees that would work no more than 24 hours and one full-time employee. "It gets tight to fill spots and sometimes women are left alone with the prisoners," he said. "I need these (new employees) to help cover spots."...
