Changes are on the horizon for the Highland School System, as the Rebels usher in a brand new school year with a new superintendent for 2010-2011. James Floyd took the reins of the district after Ronnie Brogdon's retirement in May. He said, "I knew it was going to be tough going in behind Ronnie." After many years, once again, the county seat of Sharp County will house a library.
