Vandals deface Thayer park picnic tables (08/29/11)
Over the Aug. 20 weekend, vandals defaced city-owned wooden picnic tables in Warm Fork Park in Thayer with black permanent marker. Thayer Police Chief David Bailey said the vandalism likely was done by juveniles.
