MDC warns hunters to be 'bear aware' (11/06/11)

A confirmed case of rabies has been reported to the Howell County Health Department by the Missouri State Public Health Lab in Jefferson City. The case involved a rabid skunk located around 2 miles Southeast of West Plains. Salem bus accident injures 7 (11/06/11)
A Salem school bus was involved in an accident in Highland Oct. 22, sending seven students to the hospital with minor injuries.
