During the four-day Thanksgiving holiday weekend, Missouri Highway Patrol Troop G reported zero fatal traffic crashes, investigated two alcohol-related traffic crashes and investigated 18 crashes on designated highways. Troopers made four DWI arrests, five drug arrests, and issued 377 citations for speed, 82 seat belt tickets, and four child restraint summonses. Auction and chili supper benefits Cave City family (12/09/11)
The community once again rallied to help a family in need in Cave City, raising $8,500 to assist Brandt Mathews' family.
