Horseshoe Bend plans new park for city's kids (01/14/12)
Some end-of-2011 good news is expected to lead to a long desired improvement at Horseshoe Bend. "We've been notified that we have been awarded a $45,000 FUN Park Grant through the Department of Parks and Tourism," Mayor Bob Barnes told The News.
