Man sought in theft of Oregon County deputy vehicle

The Oregon County Sheriff's Department is searching for Jeffrey Wegener, 26 from Platte Center Nebraska. Wegener is wanted in the theft of an Oregon County Deputy's vehicle on April 20 around 9:30 p.m. Wegener allegedly took the vehicle from a Myrtle, Missouri gas station and ran it into the river, completely submerging the 2014 truck the department had recently purchased...
