Randall S. Adams, 45, of Horseshoe Bend, Ark., died Oct. 11, 2007, in Mountain Home, Ark., after a 15-month battle with cancer. He was born Nov. 2, 1961, in Rochester, N.Y., to Virginia Adams and the late Robert W. Adams.
He was a semi-truck driver and a handyman. He loved working on engines, woodworking and playing with his dog, Rascal. He enjoyed working with his hands and helping people. He was a member of the Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Horseshoe Bend, the Eagles Lodge 3431 of Horseshoe Bend, the Moose Lodge 739 in Salem, Ark., and The Loft of Horseshoe Bend.He is survived by: his mother, Virginia Adams of Horseshoe Bend; two sisters, Christina Perry and John and Deborah Ortega and Frederick all of Lorain, Ohio; several nieces; nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.He is preceded in death by: his father, Robert W. Adams; and a sister, LauraLi Adams.A memorial Service was held Oct. 17 at the Horseshoe Bend Memorial Chapel with Rev. David Tews officiating.
