Wilbur D. "Bill" Adams, 52, of Hot Springs died Jan. 11, 2002, at his home.
Born Aug. 29, 1949, at Batesville, he was the son of Bennie and Audley Claxton Adams. He was an auditor and supervisor for the state of Arkansas, a U.S. Air Force veteran of Vietnam, and attended Garner United Methodist Church in Hot Springs.
Survivors include his wife, Sybil Stewart Adams; a step-daughter, Stephanie Belin of Little Rock; three brothers, -- Wendell Adams of Springdale, Doug Adams of Batesville and Bennie Adams of Evening Shade; a grandson, Hunter Belin of Little Rock; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother, Donald Adams.
The funeral was Jan. 14 at Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel. Burial followed in Pleasant Valley Cemetery located at Cushman.
Pallbearers were Blake Adams, Wendell Dean Adams, Ryan Adams, Charles Adams, Kenneth Adams and Michael Belin.
Arrangements were under the direction of Qualls Batesville Funeral Service.
