Casey Lee Herron

Casey Lee Herron, 17, of Cherokee Village, Ark., died Feb. 15, 2007, in Hardy. He was born Dec. 21, 1989, in Batesville the son of David Herron and Trina Evans Womble. He had attended both Highland and Williford schools.

He is survived by: his mother, Trina Womble of Cherokee Village; his father, David Herron of Ozark Acres; his maternal grandmother, Donna Evans of Hardy; five brothers, Benny Joe Leija, Garrett Leija, Zahery Leija, Bruce Womble and Trevor Sitze all of Cherokee Village; one step-brother, Clayton Sitze of Cherokee Village; a very special friend, John Sitze of Cherokee Village; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Verlon Evans; his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. A.V. Herron; and his stepmother, Jeanette Beach.

Funeral services were held Feb. 21 at the Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland with Tom Rhoades officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of the Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
