Emma Sisk Wilson Ander-son, 94, of Batesville died March 19, 2002, at Batesville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Batesville.
Born March 8, 1908, at Big Flat, she was the daughter of Melton Price and Matilda Treat Sisk. She was the granddaughter of Steven Treat and Arthur Rankin Sisk, early settlers of Stone County.
She was a homemaker and attended First Assembly of God Church in Batesville.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, William Carrie Wilson; and her second husband, Alfus Anders; three sons -- Arthur Wilson, Minor Wilson and Leonard Wilson; two daughters -- Bertha Mae Wilson and Mary Wilson; three brothers -- Rankin Sisk, Steve Sisk and Flippin Sisk; five sisters -- Mary Branscum, Rosebelle Jones, Beccann Viann, Sarah Freeman and Rachel Wallace; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law -- W.C. and Linda Wilson of Batesville, and Willard Wilson of Cave City; three daughters and sons-in-law, Geneva and Kermit Riggs of Cave City, Betty and Henry Farris of Cave City, and Pat and Aubrey Brown of Batesville; 29 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren; 26 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral was March 21 at First Assembly of God Church at Batesville with Vernon Bradshaw, Terry Davis and Wally Varner officiating. Burial followed in Egner Cemetery at Allen Chapel.
Pallbearers were Jimmy Riggs, Shane Wilson, Steve Wilson, W.C. Coleman, Scott Brown and Michael Riggs.
Honorary pallbearers were all other grandsons, H.J. Woodard, Robert Derr and Keith Deloach.
Arrangements were under the direction of Qualls Batesville Funeral Service.
