Earlene Cossey, 66, of Hardy died June 14, 2004, at Eastern Ozarks Regional Health System in Cherokee Village.
Born Feb. 8, 1938, in Fulton, Miss., she was the daughter of Eddie and Myrtie Moses Williams. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons -- Bill Cossey of Williford, and Riley Cossey of Monroe, Ark.; two daughters -- Sue Miller of West Helena, and Kelly Colt of Colt, Ark.; a step-son, Gene Cossey; 30 grandchildren; and 35 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Cossey; a son, Maddix Cossey; a step-daughter, Janis Collins; and a grandson.
The funeral was June 17 at Higginbotham Chapel in Hardy with Barry Crain officiating. Burial followed at Williford Cemetery, with arrangements under the direction of Higginbotham Funeral Service Inc. of Hardy.
Pallbearers were Steven Bodkins, Timothy Cossey, Joseph Cossey, Jason Cossey, Jonathan Cossey and Joe Sanders.
