Evynn Delaney Aubrey-Mitchell, 8, of De Soto, Kan., passed away Sept. 20, 2007, at home.
She was born Aug. 25, 1999, in Overland Park, Kan. She was raised in Kansas City, Mo., and most recently moved to De Soto, Kan. Evynn was a beautiful blonde angel with round cherubic cheeks who loved swimming, school and listening to music. She especially loved when her brother Ethan played with her. Her homehealth nurses became family to her as well. She was a blessing in every way and touched the lives of all who knew her.She was preceded in death by: great-grandparents, Edward Troyer of Emporia, Kan., Joy and Frank Mitchell of Emporia, Kan., Jane Aubrey of Mission, Kan., and Louis and Lorraine Yulich of Kincaid, Kan.She is survived by: her brother, Ethan; her parents Joshua and Kimberlee of De Soto; her grandparents, Cynthia Yulich Ray and Thomas Ray of Cherokee Village, Ark., Donna Toso and Bernie Toso of Emporia, Kan., Chris Mitchell of Lenexa, Kan., Jacquie Mitchell of Edwardsville, Kan., and Kenneth Aubrey of St. Paul, Minn.; her great-grandparents, Beulah Troyer of Emporia, Kan. and Kenneth Aubrey Sr. of Mission, Kan.; her aunts and uncles, Louis Aubrey of Olathe, Kan., Lisa and Roger Palmer of Olathe, Kan., Geoff and Kelly Aubrey of Gardener, Kan., Adrienne and Trent Freeman of Edwardsville, Kan., Tonya and Kevin Whaley of Springdale, Ark., Brian Ohmie of Ft. Worth, Texas, Carrie Ray of Los Angeles, Calif., and Patrick and Emi Ray of Kitakyushu, Japan; her care givers, Debra Anderson, Libby Vitale, Cheryl Fryatt, Gina Barker, Kelly Smith and Lisa Palmer; and a host of others.
