Elsie May Lingelbach, 87, of Horseshoe Bend, Ark., died Oct. 17, 2007, at the Fulton County Hospital in Salem. She was born May 13, 1920, the daughter of Ellwood James and Winifred Tarpe Bonsall in Darby, Pa.
She was a homemaker, loved to play bridge and was a member of the Horseshoe Bend United Methodist Church.Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Woody (Ralph) and Lisa Lingelbach of Fox River Grove, Ill.; eight grandchildren, Marissa Chartrand, Shannon Chartrand, Richelle Bovey, Rebecca Szaukellis, Christopher Bovey, Jasmine Bovey, Katelyn Bovey and Monica Shannon; three great-grandchildren, Glen, Conner and Kaylee; several nieces; nephews; and host of other relatives and friends.She was preceded in death by: her parents; one daughter, Barbara Lingelbach; one brother, Sam Bonsall; and one sister, Winifred Bash.A memorial service was held Oct. 21 at the Horseshoe Bend United Methodist Church with Rev. Evan Butterbrodt officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of the Horseshoe Bend Memorial Chapel.
