Eric Woodrow Ericson, 91, of Evening Shade died Sept. 28, 2004, at Cherokee Village.
Born May 27, 1913, in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was the son of Edward Anton Emil Ericson and Auscilla Johnson Ericson.
He was a building trades supervisor with Exxon, an Eagle Scout and scoutmaster for Boy Scouts of America, a member of Whcatsheaf Orient Masonic Lodge and Cherokee Village United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Beverly Kersey Ericson of the home; three sons -- Eric Woodrow Ericson Jr. of Frenchtown, N.J., Thomas Alexander Ericson of Hardy, and Edward Ernest Ericson of Evening Shade; a daughter, Carl Ann Erison Mussig of St. James, Mo.; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Caryl Elsie Alexander Ericson; four brothers -- Erick Ericson, Arthur Ericson, Edward Ericson and John Ericson; six sisters -- Eva Garner, Olga Tholl, Anna Jorgensen, Esther Betts, Helen Phillips and Elizabeth Ericson.
A memorial service will be Nov. 6 at 2 p.m. at Cherokee Village United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ronald Durham and Joan Ewaldsen officiating. Interment will be at Cherokee Village United Methodist Church Columbar-ium.
