Frank B. Covollo Sr., 78, of Highland died Oct. 23, 2006, at his residence.
Covollo was born on Sept. 20, 1928, in Philadelphia, Pa., the son of Anthony and Mary Covollo. He was united in marriage to Dolores Chickirichi in Elton, Md., in 1945. Covollo was a veteran of the United States Army having served during World War II. He was retired from the heating and cooling industry.
He moved to Highland from North Carolina three and half years ago. He attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Ash Flat.
Survivors are his wife, Dolores Covollo of the home; three sons, Frank Covollo Jr. of New Jersey, John C. Covollo of Seattle, Wash., and Charles Covollo of Monroe, Wash.; one daughter, Dianne Russo of Roi, Utah; three sisters, Ann Parisi, Rose Conlin and Philomena D'Agostino; 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one niece, Barbara Haley.
No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under by Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
