Patsy Sue Fears, 55, of Cave City, died Jan. 1, 2002, at White River Medical Center in Batesville.
Born Oct. 21, 1946, in Stewart, Okla., she was the daughter of Albert and Louise Luna Wortman. She was a homemaker, retired from ConAgra, and was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Cave City.
Survivors include her husband, Donald E. Fears; two sons -- Darren Thornton and Scott Davis, both of Cave City; three daughters -- Lana Norris and Sandra Self, both of Cave City, and Donna Andrews of Batesville; two brothers -- Lonney Wortman of Willcox, Ariz., and Martin Wortman of Queen Creek, Ariz.; two sisters -- Neatress Nino of Queen Creek, Ariz., and Pansy Zahn of Batesville; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Rickey Thornton; and a niece, Dee Dee Deloach.
The funeral was Jan. 4 at First Assembly of God Church of Cave City with Bobby Sanders officiating. Burial followed in Marvin Cemetery at Nelsonville.
Pallbearers were Kevin Wortman, Lee Wortman, Bryan Andrews, Tinker Clifford Nino, Chris Wortman, Roger Dale Zahn, Mauro Nino Jr. and Tommy Nino.
Arrangements were under the direction of Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
