Floy Fletcher Moore, 89, of Evening Shade, died Oct. 3, 2005, at White River Medical Center in Batesville.
She was born Oct. 19, 1915, in Evening Shade and was the daughter of William Alfred Fletcher and Clariece Wilkerson Fletcher. She was a homemaker and a member of the Evening Shade Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son, Harvey Moore of Logansport, Ind.; three daughters, Ruby Carter of Batesville, Sue Marlin of Batesville, and Vicky Ballard of Barling, Ark.; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Hayden Moore; a son, Donald Moore; and a daughter, Linda Moore.
The funeral service was held Oct. 5 at Roller-Crouch-McGee Chapel in Cave City with Larry Weaver and Robert Hutchison officiating. Burial was in the Sharp Cemetery in Evening Shade with arrangements under the direction of Roller-Crouch/McGee Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Othell Qualls, Lewis Dean, Bill Qualls, William Sharp, Dowl Thomas and Bill Williams.
