Harry A. Barkoff, 61, of Cave City died March 30, 2005, at Atlanta, Ga.
Born Dec. 19, 1943, at Cardiff, N.J., he was the son of Alexander Harry and Ruth Margaret Sear Barkoff. He was a mechanic, a U.S. Army veteran, and a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce Mayes Barkoff; a stepson, Michael Joseph Phillips of Augusta, Ga.; his mother, Ruth Margaret Barkoff of Macon, Ga.; a brother, Chet Barkoff of Macon, Ga.; two sisters -- Rose Harper and Hope Belmonte, both of Atco, N.J.; three grandchildren -- Michael Joseph Phillips of Augusta, Ga., Jennifer Phillips and Leonard Phillips of Niota, Tenn.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father; and a stepson, Leonard Phillips.
The funeral was April 4 at Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Ray Wilkes officiating. Burial followed in Fairview Cemetery east of Cave City with arrangements under the direction of Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
Pallbearers were Michael Phillips III, Michael Phillips IV, Charles King, Kevin Mayes, Justin King, Chet Barkoff and Leonard Phillips.
