Kenneth Wade Hamilton, 23, of Hardy died Oct. 25, 2006, in Maryland. He was born on May 16, 1983, in Batesville, the son of Kenneth Monroe and Kathy Lynn Hamilton. He was a construction worker and an avid hunter.
Survivors include his parents, Kenneth Monroe and Kathy Lynn Hamilton of Hardy; one sisters and her husband, Tonia and Glen Moore of Pocahontas; one brother and his wife, William Matthew and Julie Hamilton of Hardy; his grandparents, Carl Palmar and Lena Mae Hamilton of Hardy; two nieces, Samantha and Stephanie Moore of Pocahontas; two nephews, Fermon Allan Moore of Pocahontas and Hunter Matthew Hamilton of Hardy; his uncles, two aunts and many other relatives who mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by three grandparents, Bill and Eva Jane Martin and Granny Goings; and one uncle, Carl Trivitt.
The funeral services were held Oct. 30 at Tri-County Funeral Home in Highland with Dennis and Tony Hamilton officiating. Burial followed in the Turky Pen Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Josh Sisco, Rowdy Trivitt, Josh Trivitt, Rodney Hamilton, Jeff Hamilton and Drew Sterling.
Honorary pallbearers were Leather Tapp, Andy Phelps, J.T. Sterling, Seth Hamilton, Poncho Sterling and Brad Knatcal.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Tri-County Funeral Home of Hardy
