George M. Koker, 85, of Racine, Wis., died Nov. 24, 2001, in Wisconsin.
Born Sept. 15, 1916, in Batavia, Ill., he was the son of Walter H. and Jessie Partlow Koker.
He married Alyce J. Davis Dec. 30, 1957. He was employed by Knox Motors for many years until his retirement in 1977. He was a member of the Teamster Local 200, and the Cherokee Village Indians Lions Club.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Leland Blain; his daughters, Sherry (Glenn) Hubrich, Audrey Blain, Carol (William) Schukow, Jacque-line (Bernard) Nemoure; his wife's sons -- Clark (Mary) Gable, William (Karen) Forss, Robert (Margi) Forss; 57 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; two brothers -- Earl Koker and Robert Koker; a sister, Hazel De Michael; nieces and nephews; and other relatives and many friends.
A memorial service with interment was held at West Lawn Memorial Park in Racine, with the Rev. Bill Dietzler officiating.
Arrangements were under the direction of Maresh-Meredith & Acklam Funeral Home of Racine.
