Lottie Francis Vallance, 63, of Hardy died Dec. 17, 2003.
Born Aug. 9, 1940, in Osceola, Ark., she was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Tim Vallance of Hardy; two sons -- Timothy Vallance of Paragould, and Terry Vallance of Calico Rock; four daughters -- Patricia Davidson of Nashville, Tenn., Pamela Smith of Walnut Ridge, and Heather and Renee Vallance, both of the home; three brothers -- Bob Manuel of Memphis, Billy Manuel of Olive Branch, Miss., and Henry "Bud" Manuel of Paragould; and two sisters -- Beatrice Mears of Memphis, and Tressie Gray of Somerville, Tenn.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Della Edlemon Manuel, and a brother, James Andrews.
The funeral was Dec. 20 at Heath Colonial Chapel in Paragould with the Rev. Troy Harvey officiating. Burial was in Hosea Cemetery at Knobel, Ark., with arrangements under the direction of Heath Funeral Home of Paragould.
Pallbearers were Calvin Harrison, Tommy Davidson, Marty Vallance, Derek Smith, Randy Mosley, Robert Mears, Gary Mosley and Michael Manuel.
