Lollis W. "Butch" Hendrix, 65, of Evening Shade, Ark., died Sept. 21, 2007, at his home. He was born June 10, 1942, at Flint, Mich., the son of Lollis Wayne and Juanita (Hulett) Hendrix.
He was a self-employed carpenter and of the Baptist faith.Survivors include: his wife, Wanda Hendrix of the home; his mother, Juanita Herling of Warren, Mich.; five sisters, Nadra Mitchell of Gladwin, Mich., Laura Addis of Troy, Mich., Kim Morgan of Roseburg, Ore., Tierney Garrett and Bronwyn Springland both of Garfield, Ark.; several nieces; nephews; cousins; and a host of other relatives and friends.He was preceded in death by his father.Funeral services were held Sept. 26 at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City, Ark., with Larry Loggins officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of the Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.Pallbearers were Matt Baukus, Russel Baukus, Aaron Hallmark, Donald Walton, Chris Penna, Allen Milligan, Bobby Huskey and Tim Cook.Honorary pallbearers were Harold Gray, Dick Mitchell, Paul Addis, Junior Hendrix, Tommy Hendrix, Kenny Hendrix, Doug Hendrix, Jerry Hendrix, Scotty Hendrix, Robert D.
