Martha Quinn Jones, 82, of Paragould died Oct. 8, 2003, at Paragould.
Born May 7, 1921, at Jackson, Mo., she was the daughter of Prentice and Nancy Mary Benning Penn.
She was a retired school teacher, having taught 15 years in the public schools in Missouri and 15 years at the school for the blind in St. Louis. She was of the Protestant faith.
Survivors include a son, William W.B. Jones of Paragould, and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Nathan David Jones; two brothers -- Jim Penn and Howard Penn; and a sister, Sarah Penn Wenrick.
The funeral was Oct. 12 at Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Grayden Milligan officiating. Burial followed in Marvin Cemetery near Nelsonville.
Arrangements were under the direction of Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
