Michael Lloyd Pickett

Mitchell Lloyd Pickett, 53, of Horseshoe Bend, Ark., formerly of West Memphis, Ark., died Aug. 1, 2007, in Horseshoe Bend.

He was born Dec. 1, 1953, in Dallas, Texas, the son of Russell and Eleanor (Smith) Pickett. He was a member of the St. Stephen's Episcopal Church of Horseshoe Bend. Survivors include: his mother, Eleanor Louise Pickett of Horseshoe Bend; two sons, Michael Pickett II of Memphis, Tenn., and Matthew Pickett of Blair, Neb.; two daughters, Heather Pickett of Columbus, Ohio, and Abby Pickett of Blair, Neb.; two brothers, Chris Pickett of Fayetteville, Ark. and David Pickett of Sherwood, Ark.; and one sister, Pamela Bernardo of Moscow, Idaho. He was preceded in death by his father, Russell PickettA memorial service will be held Saturday, Aug. 11 at 2 p.m. at the St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Horseshoe Bend with Father Wayne Pelkey officiating.
