Mary Lou Tucker, 63, of Loudon, Tenn., died Jun 4, 2005, at her home following short battle with cancer. She was born Dec. 14, 1942, at Batesville, Ark., the daughter of Charles Baxter and Melda (Helm) Cone. She was the owner of Tux Realty in Loudon and a member of Loudon Church of Christ.
Survivors include one daughter, Holli Tucker of Loudon; one son, Michael Tucker of Loudon; mother, Melda Cone of Cherokee Village; one brother and sister-in-law, Baxter and Mary Cone of Hot Springs; one nephew, Trey Cone and wife Tiffany of Oklahoma City, Okla.; one great-nephew, Chase Cone of Oklahoma City; a lifelong friend, Gin Baldridge of St. Louis, Mo.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Baxter Cone; her husband of 42 years, Don Weston Tucker; and one son, Michael Chad Tucker.
The funeral services were held June 9 at the Ash Flat Church of Christ with Joe Jones and Eddie Cloer both officiating. Burial followed in the Wiles Cemetery at Ash Flat with arrangements under the direction of the Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
Pallbearers were Trey Cone, Tommy Cone, Mike Cone, Jeff Stone, Doug Stone and Cecil Goings.
Honorary pallbearers were Maurice Rogers, Lonnie Bennett and Jim Best.
