Mary Sue Farley, 70, of Cherokee Village died Jan. 6, 2004, at Eastern Ozarks Regional Health System in Cherokee Village.
Born Oct. 25, 1933, in Shreveport, La., she was the daughter of Fred Williams and Vivian Dunlap Williams.
She was a director of social service for McCune Brooks Hospital in Carthage, Mo., a member of the Optimist Club, Diabetes Association and First Baptist Church of Cherokee Village.
Survivors include three sons -- Ben Farley of Rossville, Tenn., Bill Farley Jr. of Steele, Mo., and Joe Farley of Nixa, Mo.; a daughter, Sally Johnson, of Collierville, Tenn.; a sister, Janis McGuill, of Carthage, Mo., and several grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Bill Farley Sr.
The funeral was Jan. 9 at First Baptist Church of Cherokee Village with Larry White officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Heath Funeral Home, Oak Hill Chapel of Hardy.
