Otella Blanch Walling, 92, of Cave City died June 13, 2003, at a Batesville hospital.
Born May 15, 1911, at Eaton, she was the daughter of Garland and Margaret King Davis. She was a homemaker and a member of Union Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters -- Pauletta Milligan of Batesville and Buna Taylor of Cave City; a son and daughter-in-law, Boyce and Margaret Walling of Grave; a sister, Beulah Stalnaker of California; two brothers -- Bill Davis of Smithville and Cecil Davis of Independence, Mo.; nine grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren; and several neices and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harmon Walling; two brothers; four sisters; and a grandson.
The funeral was June 16 at Union Missionary Baptist Church with Robert Randolph and Randall Perkey officiating. Burial followed in Hillhouse Cemetery near Smithville, Arrangements were by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
Pallbearers were Jerry Taylor, Jessie Taylor, Mitchell Walling, Mark Walling, Tommy Milligan and Ronnie Perkey.
