Paul Cope, 67, of Cave City died March 2, 2003, at St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock.
He was born Nov. 18, 1935, at Addie, N.C. to Andy Lon and Gracie McGaha Cope. He was a logger and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include a brother, William Cope of Sylva, N.C.; three sisters -- Little V. Mills of Sylva, N.C., Edith Herron of Arlington, Wash., and Edith Long of Cave City; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers -- Ed Cope, Kyle Cope and Art Cope.
A graveside service was March 5 at Fairview Cemetery east of Cave City.
Pallbearers were Jimmy Riggs, Michael Riggs, Willard Wilson, Lonnie Beck, Tommy Williams and Fred Phillips.
Honorary pallbearers were Winford Couch, Wayne Goodman, Charles Tackett and Jerry Riggs.
Arrangements were under the direction of Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
