Ronald Allen Tucker, 78, of Cherokee Village died Jan. 10, 2003, at his home.
Born Dec. 26, 1924, in Hollywood, Mo., he was the son of Birdie Batterton Branum Tucker and Robert Audie Tucker.
He was a county agent for Caruthersville and New Madrid counties. After retiring he sold agriculture irrigation systems to the prison systems in Alabama.
He was a veteran of World War II where he served in the Air Force. He was with Metric Motor Clinic in Memphis, Tenn., for 20 years. He was a member of Ash Flat Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, DeRonda Tucker of Cherokee Village; a son, Robert Tucker of Memphis; a granddaughter, Heather Fell of Memphis; and a brother, Paul Tucker of San Antonio; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Ruth Ann Fell; a son, Charles Mark Tucker; and a granddaughter, Mary Miles.
A memorial service was held at Ash Flat Church of Chrsit with Keith Gregson officiating. Burial was in Lou Lou Cemetery in Hollywood, Mo.
Local arrangements under the direction of Heath Funeral Home Chapel of Hardy.
