Stanton Henry Pearson Sr., 69, of Horseshoe Bend, Ark., died Jan. 12, 2008, at his home. He was born Jan. 9, 1939, to Carlyle Lester and Marguerite Towne Pearson in Boston, Mass.
Survivors include: his first wife, Anita Pearson of Marlboro, Mass.; five sons, Stanton Pearson Jr., of Shrewsbury, Mass., Steven Pearson of Fuquay, N.C., Shawn Pearson of Mendon, Mass., Zachary Pearson of Newton, Mass., and Wyatt Pearson of Newton, Mass.; one daughter, Sharon Blossom of Dellwood, Minn.; one brother, Carl Pearson of Salem; two sisters, June Kelley of New Hampshire and Joanne Pearson of Ossippee, N.H., six grandchildren, Stanton Pearson III, Nicholas Blossom, Parker Blossom, Isabelle Blossom, Gillian Pearson and Bridget Pearson; several nieces; nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.He was preceded in death by his parents.Funeral services were held in Sudbury, Mass., with arrangements under the direction of the Duckett Funeral Home. Interment was in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Sudbury with arrangements under the direction of the Horseshoe Bend Memorial Chapel.
