Thomas W. Pedano, 59, of Evening Shade died July 6, 2004, at Weona, Ark.
Born May 26, 1945, at Honolulu, Hawaii, he was the son of Thomas W. and Pamela Pedano.
He was a truck driver, a member of the Highland VFW, served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam Conflict, and was of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Cherylene Pedano of the home; three sons -- Thomas W. Pedano Jr. and Steven Pedano, both of Jacksonville, Fla., and David Pedano of Glencoe; his mother, Pamela Pedano of Modesto, Calif.; two stepsons -- Eddie Goodman of Ash Flat, and Carl Goodman of Poughkeepsie; a stepdaughter, Debbie Backus of Zion; a sister, Sandrena Horne of Willows Grove, Pa.; and 11 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father and a son, Richard Pedano.
The funeral was July 10 at Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Van Brown officiating. Burial followed in Wiles Cemetery in Ash Flat with arrangements under the direction of Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
Pallbearers were Donald Qualls, Ronnie Qualls, Billy Qualls, Lloyd Conway, Nathan Bradley and Richard Thomas.
