She was born Nov. 18, 1933 in Baltimore, Md.
McCormick was a lifetime member of Nottingham United Methodist Church. She loved singing and was active as a member of the church choir and bell choir.
She was faithful to her Christian beliefs, loved the outdoors and enjoyed walking and sports.
She was a retired medical clerk.
Survivors include her husband, Orby H. "Mac" McCormick; two sons, Clint Ballash (wife Donna) of Wickliffe, Ohio, and Bradford Ballash (wife Barbara) of Florida; one daughter, Bonnie Ballash Mooney of Kentucky; six grandchildren, Katie, Megan, Chad, Derek, Alexandra and Bradford Jr.
She was also survived by two brothers, William Waterson (wife Evelyn) of California; and Rev. Allan Waterson (wife Helen) of California; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Agnes (nee Laurie) and Frederick Waterson; and one brother, Evan Waterson.
The funeral services were held March 4 at Nottingham United Methodist Church in Cleveland with pastor Debbie Gibbons officiating.
Burial followed in Whitehaven Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements were under the direction of DeJohn-Flynn-Mylott Funeral Home, located in Willoughby Hills, Ohio.
