William Robert Cochran, 74, of Agnos died Jan. 15, 2005, at his residence.
Born Nov. 8, 1930, in Hardy, he was the son of Delbert and Barbara Armstrong Cochran. He married Margaret Frilewas Jan. 1, 1990, in Salem. He was a retired truck driver.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Cochran of the home; two sons -- William Arthur Cochran of Koshkonong, Mo., and John Paul Cochran of Thayer, Mo.; a step-daughter Becky Strickland of Cherokee Village; four sisters -- Francis Cramer of Rogers, Janie Horton of Hardy, Pauline Stroud of Art, Ark., and Margie Jones of Brookland; three brothers -- David Lee Cochran and Kenneth Cochran, both of Hardy, and Bill Cochran of Hot Springs; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside funeral service was Jan. 18 at Old Baptist Cemetery in Ash Flat.
Higginbotham Funeral Home Service, Inc. of Hardy was in charge of arrangements.
