Cecil W. Taylor, 91, died May 23, 2002, in Jonesboro.
Born May 19, 1911, he was the son of William Monroe Taylor and Addie Bell Kincaid Taylor of Wirth.
He was married Sept. 15, 1940, in Wirth to Angello Marie Angotti, who preceded him in death Oct. 22, 1971. He was united in marriage Oct. 12, 1974, in Camp to Myrtle Gephart, who preceded him in death Feb. 27, 1992. He was a farmer and was employed by Cooper Industries in Cherokee Village, working in landscaping and lawn care for many years.
He is survived by five children Mae Whiteside of West Fork, William Wesley Taylor of Rogers, Mildred Albright of Jonesboro, Lily Dees of Lowell, and Debbie Sayles of Mammoth Spring; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded by his parents; his wives; a grandson, Vernon Whiteside; a granddaughter, Kathy Diane Albright; four brothers; and a sister.
The funeral was May 26 at Wirth Cemetery.
Arrangements were under the direction of Carter Funeral Home Inc. of Thayer, Mo.
