Louise Juanita Mashburn

Louise Juanita Mashburn of Williford died May 7, 2008, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Walnut Ridge, Ark., at the age of 87. She was born Oct. 16, 1920, at Newport, Ark., daughter of Alfred and Louie (Justus) Mashburn.

She was married to William P. Garside on May 11, 1950, in Topeka, Kan.

She was preceded in death by: her husband; a son, Herbert B. Harbor; her parents; two brothers, Charles D. Mashburn and Bertrum B. Mashburn; and two sisters, Mary M. Bottom and Antoinette Scarbrough.

Graveside funeral services were held Tuesday, May 13 at the Williford Cemetery and was conducted by family members, Anna Newell, niece; Sharon Mashburn, niece-in-law; and David W. Newell, great-nephew.

Arrangements were under the direction of Higginbotham Funeral Home of Hardy, Ark.
