Jennifer Marie Gray, 35, of Salem, Ark., daughter of James and Billie Gail Bourland was born Jan. 23, 1968, in Heidelberg, Germany. She died Dec. 3, 2003, at Springfield, Mo.
She married Ronald Keith Gray June 20, 1992 in Lost Cane, Ark. She spent her working years as a wife, mother and a school teacher.
She taught school for one year in the Manila, Ark. School District and 10-1/2 years in the Salem School District.
She was a member of Immanuel Southern Baptist Church in Salem, Ark., and the local chapter of the Delta Kappa Gamma, a teacher's honor society.
Survivors include her husband, Keith Gray of Salem; two sons -- James Jerome (JJ) Gray and Riley Keith Gray, both of Salem; her parents -- James and Billie Bourland of Jonesboro, Ark.; four sisters -- Pamela Davis of Statesboro, Ga., Barbara Baker of Manila, Candance Hicks of Lubbock, Texas, and Stacie Berry of Jonesboro; her mother-in-law, Freda Gray of Salem; and a brother-in-law, Perry Gray of Salem.
She was preceded in death by an infant son and daughter; her father-in-law, Jerome Gray, and her brother-in-law, Jerry Gray.
The funeral was Dec. 6 at Barker Funeral Home Chapel in Salem. Interment was in Byron Cemetery with arrangements under the direction of Barker Funeral Home of Salem.
Pallbearers were David Turnbough, Justin Grimmitt, Billy Shaver, Bob Foster, Perry Gray and Ted York.
Honorary pallbearers were George Huepes, Don Crawford, Michael Roork, Larry Barker, Al Cannon, Kim York, and John Davis.
