Martha Frances White, 87, of Ash Flat died Oct. 18, 2004, at Batesville.
Born Sept. 16, 1917, in Savannah, Tenn., she was the daughter of Abe and Rosie Etter McMullen-Harbin.
Survivors include her husband, Clarence F. White of the home; seven children -- James White of Ash Flat, Dorothy Campbell of Brownsville, Tenn., Linda White of Townsend, Mont., Stephen White of Plainfield, Ill., Roy White of Boaz, Ala., Mary Osteen of Brownsville, Tenn., and Martha Emmert of Ash Flat; two brothers -- James E. Harbin of Savannah, Tenn., and A.R. Harbin of Adamsville, Tenn.; a sister, Rachel Pruiett of West Plains, Mo.; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons -- William and Kenneth White; a daughter, Gloria Harbor; a brother, Willie Dee Harbin; and two sisters -- Etter Mae Crain and Elsie Reed.
The funeral was Oct. 21 at Clary Funeral Home Chapel in Mammoth Spring. Burial followed in Field Creek Cemetery near Mammoth Spring.
