Eunice Iris Hilburn, 88, of Camp died Oct. 23, 2004.
Born Nov. 19, 1915, in Fairfield, Ill., she was the daughter of William Weaver and Ada Isabella Wheeler Young.
She spent her working years as a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother and a nurse's aid for home health. She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include a son, Virgil Hilburn, and his wife, Rae, of Anderson, Mo.; three daughters -- Frankie Raines and her husband, Bob, of Camp, Wanda Clark of Camp, and Ada Jane Haddock and her husband, Robert, of Excelsior Springs, Mo.; a brother, Bill Young of Salem; 19 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren; and 53 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Carrol Hilburn; three brothers -- Veris, Chester and Adrian Young; four sisters -- Beatrice Young, Violet Booher, Daisy Pierce and Gloria Fawcett; a granddaughter, Helen Major; two great-grandsons -- Robert Ray Raines and Robert Lee Roberts; and a great-great-grandson, Jacob Hurst.
A memorial service was Oct. 31 at Barker Funeral Home Chapel with Alan Winberry officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Barker Funeral Home of Salem.
