Carolyn Jean Mooneyham, 60, of Paragould, formerly of Hardy, Ark., was born July 22, 1941 in Durand, Mich., and died July 23, 2002, at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro. She was the daughter of the late George Adcock and Vernice Adams Adcock. She was retired from General Motors. She was married in Flint, Mich., to Leonard L. Mooneyham Nov. 4, 1978. She was of the Pentecost faith.
Survivors include her husband, Leonard Mooneyham of the home; two sons, Mark Silva of Flint, Mich., and Wayne Silva of Dallas, Texas; three daughters, Karen Scott of Kansas, Theresa Reed of Michigan, Lisa Schatzle of Kansas, and Linda Sims of Paragould; three sisters, Sharon Hirt, Joyce Brock of and Gloria Brock all of Michigan; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Kimberly Edwards; and one sister, Kathleen Green.
Services were Thursday, July 25, 2002, at the First United Pentecostal Church in Paragould with Rev. James Warbington and Rev. Loy Greer officiating. Burial was in the Memorial Gardens at Paragould with arrangements under the direction of Irby Funeral Service, Inc.
Pallbearers were family members.
