Friday, July 19, 2002

MAMMOTH SPRING -- A Mammoth Spring woman has been charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, marijuana, and felony use or intent to use drug paraphernalia.

According to Mammoth Spring Police Chief Michael Davis, Ginger Koch, 35, was arrested last week at her home located on Bethal Street in the city.

Davis, officer Jamie Turnbough and officers with the 16th Judicial Task Force went to the Koch home and through an open door saw the drug paraphernalia. The woman gave the officers consent to search the home where they found one-and-three-fourths-ounces of suspected marijuana, several hard-rolled suspected marijuana cigarettes, smoking devices, suspected marijuana seeds and scales. Koch posted a $3,000 bond and was released from the Fulton County jail. She will be arraigned Aug. 6.
