Williams, Barnett exchange vows
Kelly Williams of Ash Flat and Jason Barnett of Cherokee Village exchanged vows in an evening ceremony Sept. 27 at Thorncrown Chapel in Eureka Springs. The Rev. Doug Reed officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Ken and Marie Williams of Ash Flat.
Given in marriage by her parents, she wore a two-piece ivory gown of Dulciana satin and French tulle hand-beaded with delicate filigree embroidery. The strapless bodice was a fully structured and fully functional corset. The skirt and semi-cathedral length train were also accented with the filigree embroidery. She carried a bouquet of a dozen vandela roses.
The groom is the son of Bob and Barbara Barnett of Cherokee Village. He wore a classic black tuxedo.
Friend of the bride, Willow Birdsell Webb of Overland Park, Kan., was matron of honor. She wore a ruby floor-length gown and carried a bouquet of alstromeria lilies. The groom's father was the best man. He wore a classic black tuxedo.
A reception was held after the ceremony at Best Western Inn of the Ozarks' convention center in Eureka Springs.
After honeymooning in Mexico, the couple is living in Horseshoe Bend.
