Three plea agreements were accepted in Fulton County Circuit Court Jan. 5.
Justin Clark, 21, was ordered to serve 60 months probation for delivery of a controlled substance, cocaine.
Circuit Judge Tim Weaver also ordered Clark to pay fines of $3,500, court costs of $150 and a $250 DNA fee.
Clark allegedly sold cocaine to an undercover agent Sept. 18, 2001. During Clark's hearing he was hesitant when Weaver asked him if he was guilty of the charges.
According to an affidavit Clark sold approximately 3.5 grams of cocaine to the undercover agent in 2001 at Chanute Lake in the Fulton County portion of Cherokee Village.
Tony Delargy, 30, also pleaded guilty to six counts of criminal charges.
Delargy was sentenced to 60 months in prison for breaking or entering, 60 months for theft of property, 60 months for commercial burglary, 60 months for theft of property, 60 months for a second count of theft of property and 60 months for felon in possession of a firearm.
On all offenses he was ordered to serve 360 months with sentences to run consecutively.
He was also ordered to pay $300 court costs, $250 DNA fee, $200 public defender user fee and $500 public defender attorney fee.
Rodney Steven Fletcher, 39, was sentenced Jan. 5 to 240 months in prison for robbery. He was also sentenced to serve 120 months for commercial burglary and 60 months for theft of property. He was also sentenced to serve 60 months in prison on a second count of theft of property.
He received 60 months for his conviction as a felon in possession of a firearm. He was ordered to serve 60 months for theft by receiving.
The terms of his negotiated plea stated that counts one and two are to run consecutively. Counts three through six are to run concurrently with counts one and two. All counts will run concurrently to the actual time served on parole revocation.
Fletcher was also ordered to pay $150 court costs, $250 DNA fee, $100 public defender user fee and $250 public defender attorney fee.
He was ordered to pay $1,250 in restitution to Spring River Superette.
