Terry Randall Hembree, 38, of Hardy, Ark., died Aug. 10, 2003 at Eastern Ozarks Regional Health System in Cherokee Village.
Born Oct. 14, 1964, in Chicago, he was the son of Carey R. Moore and Joan M. Hembree Moore. He was a 1982 graduate of Williford High School.
He joined the United States Marie Corp right out of high school and served for four years.
Survivors include his father and mother, Carey and Joan Moore of Ash Flat; his paternal grandmother, Louise Scott of McKenzie, Tenn.; his maternal grandmother, Viola Mulkey of Ash Flat; two sons -- Sean Michael Hembree and Tyler Lee Hembree, both of Hoxie; two brothers -- Garey Moore of Cherokee Village and Timothy Moore of Ozark Acres; a sister, Tonya Moore of Lewrenceburg, Ky.; and his fiance, Rose McGowan of Hardy.
The funeral was Aug. 13 at Tri-County's Cherokee Chapel in Highland with burial following in the Salem Cemetery in Salem, Ark.
Arrangements were under the direction of Tri-County's Cherokee Chapel of Highland.
