Tuesday, March 5, 2002

The Fulton County Library Board has announced the reopening of the Viola Public Library March 4. The library's new business hours are from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

The Viola Library is located next door to the Senior Citizen's Center at the Viola Fire Station. The library is staffed by Terry Wineland who encouraged the residents of Viola to visit the library.

The library offers a selection of books for all ages, magazines, videos for free checkout, and many other resources for the community.

The library is equipped with two computers connected to the Internet which are being updated and will soon be available for patrons of Fulton County who have a library card. Library cards can be obtained at the Viola Public Library.
