Charles Henry Spurlock, 53, of Center died March 13, 2005, at Fulton County Hospital in Salem.
Born Nov. 15, 1951, at Center he was the son of Archie Clayton and Jennie Lucille Golden Spurlock.
He married Regina Mayo, July 28, 1974.
He was a paramedic for the Spring River Ambulance Service in Cherokee Village, a volunteer fireman for Center Volunteer Fire Department and a member of Bettis Town Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Regina Mayo Spurlock of the home; a son and daughter-in-law -- Greg and Mandy Spurlock of Hardy; three daughters and sons-in-law -- Jennifer Spurlock of Fort Smith, Amber and Paul Hug of Newport, Amy and Mack McFarland of Memphis, Tenn.; two brothers and sisters-in-law -- Donald and Cheri Spurlock of Bellvue, Ohio and Richard and Twyla Spurlock of Paragould, Ark.; a sister and brother-in-law -- Nancy and Barry Wilkes of Cave City; a grandson, Zackary Allen Spurlock of Hardy; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three infant brothers a niece, and a nephew.
The funeral service was held March 16 at the Bettis Town Church of Christ with C.C. Baird officiating.
Burial followed in the Shiloh Cemetery located at Center, Ark., with arrangements under the direction of the Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
Pallbearers consisted of the Spring River Ambulance Service Paramedics.
Honorary pallbearers were Teddy Duncan, Jessie Wilkes, Donald Spurlock, Richard Spurlock and Barry Wilkes.
